Last updated: September 07, 2026. These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for accessing and using PURPLECAK, a short drama application operated by SXS Marketing.

1. Use of the service

You may use PURPLECAK only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, or use the app in a way that may harm other users or SXS Marketing.

2. Account and access

Certain features may require an account, device identifier, or app access permission. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that occurs through your account or device.

3. Content and intellectual property

All app designs, names, logos, artwork, videos, text, software, and related materials are owned by SXS Marketing or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except the limited permission to use the service as intended.

4. Availability and changes

PURPLECAK is currently in development. Features, content, availability, store links, supported regions, and app functionality may change before or after launch.

5. Third-party services

The app may later integrate app stores, analytics, payment processors, cloud hosting, customer support tools, or advertising partners. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
